Contributor for EYE-INTERACTION
Damien Mouratille is a PhD student at French Civil Aviation University (Toulouse, France). He is exploring how the fusion between psychotechnical tests and physiological measurements could assess cognitive abilities relevant for the selection of air traffic controllers. He is working under the direction of Pr. Franck Amadieu and Dr. Nadine Matton.

Contributor for EYE-INTERACTION
Nadine Matton is associate professor at ENAC in the ACHIL team. She defended a PhD in Psychology in 2008 at the University of Toulouse on the topic of cognitive abilities assessed during pilot selection. She held a 2-year postdoctoral position at ENAC in order to pursue the research initiated during her PhD. Since 2011 she is associate professor at ENAC on the topic of Human Factors. Her research interests are mainly focused on the factors that may influence learning and are applied to selection and training in aeronautical contexts.
